akdam Pakdai or globally Rat-A-Tat is a cartoon made in India. It is very similar to Oggy And The Cockroaches, a French cartoon by Xilam. But is also have differences to Oggy and the cockroaches. Like Colonel is Doggy Don's elder brother and Jack is Oggy's elder cousin. In this cartoon a pink fat dog named Doggy Don is very lazy. He is often annoyed by 3 mice. They are Chottu, Motu and Lambu. Doggy Don's older brother Colonel and younger brother Major always with him. But in some episodes Doggy Don and the mice are friends. Like in the episode Baby pigeon.
