Set several months from the present day, massive bombs are placed in several locations around Tokyo, including Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Kasumigaseki. The Prime Minister's Official Residence declares a state of emergency. Special unit Mihan members Toru Yamauchi and Yui Odagiri participate in the police investigation.
